FAQ
Frequently Asked
+ Why is it 50% upfront, 50% on completion fee?
We want to work with committed investors; to get full access to a deal, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% upfront. After you have inquired about a deal, an NDA must be signed and the deposit paid before we send full property details. If you decide not to proceed for any reason, the deposit can become a credit on your account and be moved to another deal.
+ Is the finder’s fee negotiable?
The fee is not negotiable. The fee contributes great value to the investor, and covers our costs.
+ Why are proof of funds needed?
We need to be sure any investor we accept is serious and in a position where they are ready to invest, this is important when connecting you with our vendors.
+ What if the property can't be occupied?
Any property that we do a deal on, is a property that we would use ourselves, and we would believe fully in the deal. Nevertheless, there are always risks involved in investments. Rental income is not a guarantee. We are not liable for any future revenue from the property.
+ Why do investors use property sourcers?
Most investors are too busy, and don’t have the time required to do the research and work involved in finding these great deals. The deal sourcer will have the time, knowledge of the area and understand the type of investment that is required to maximise profits.
